Issue: Prejean’s was using a website that had garnered numerous negative comments from users and employees due to its confusing layout and in-operable sections. This layout was built around a Content Management System that provided a secure login section that allows the creation of Users and Groups the capability to Download documents specific to each user.
Result: Shamrock has seen an immediate increase in interest and contact through their new website. After establishing all of their employees in their CMS database, they have seen a marked drop in on-site paperwork problems and received compliments from clients about their increased efficiency. |
